Placing Orders for Products

Warranty

If we were not able to provide the service you ordered, you may receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
Concerning our activation keys: you are protected with a lifetime guarantee.
That means if there is an issue such as the key not working (already used) or if the activation key ever gets cancelled, you are eligible for a refund or a key replacement. 

To provide the safest service possible, we provide keys to one exclusive person. So a return is not possible once they are delivered. As we cannot provide the key to someone else.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

● Errors in the description or prices for Products
● Errors in Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your order may be cancelled if you did not receive the product yet. In that case you will receive a full refund. Due to the nature of the products, return is not possible once they are delivered. Our support will gladly assist you if you have any question and we will discuss the best solution for both parties.

  • All digital goods (including game gold, items, and boosting services) are delivered directly in-game.
  • Upon successful payment, customers are required to share in-game details to access their purchased digital goods. Typically character or account name. 

2. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accessed by the customer.
  • Exceptions for refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All digital goods remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. GW2Rewards does not claim any ownership over the content of the digital goods sold.
